umissu accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable. These shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
We accept order cancellations prior to product processing. If you cancel your order at this time, you will receive a full refund.
If the product has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
If you want to cancel the order after receiving the product, you can contact us by email to return the product. After the product is sent back, you will get a refund for the product.
